You can request a return if:
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Products like undergarments, swimwear, and personalized items are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons.

Provide your order ID, photos of the product, and reason for return.
Once approved, our team will arrange for reverse pickup or guide you on shipping the item back.
Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please mention it when requesting a return.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
We do not accept returns for:
Items purchased during clearance or final sale.
Products damaged due to misuse or not following care instructions.
If the return is due to a product defect or our mistake, we will cover the shipping charges.
